I’ve been designing websites for over 15 years now and over the last 10 years, I’ve focused primarily on WordPress websites. Why? Because WordPress does everything you could want in a website and then some. And the WordPress community is HUGE so you can always find the perfect plugin. (A plugin is a small snippet of code that extends WordPress’ capabilities.)

Here are 3 proven strategies that I use on ALL my
clients websites that make it successful:

Great content is extremely important for a successful website. You need to keep fresh content on it as well. A great way to do that is to have a blog. Call it Blog or News, or whatever you want to call it, but you can stay in touch with your subscribers that way. And you’ll be putting continuing fresh content on your website, which is excellent for Internet spiders to pick up on for Google/Bing/Yahoo. Combining that with your social media channels and you’ll generate some good traffic to your new website.

Fast performance is also just as important, especially in today’s Internet community. People get very impatient while having to wait on a page to load. There are ways to do that. One way, as mentioned above, is to “smush” or compress your images. This keeps the load time down a lot. Better load times, better performance. You can also use one of several performance plugins available that really streamlines the performance of your WordPress website.

Top Notch Graphics are an essential key to a good website. You want clean and sharp graphics that pop off the screen. When they’re used properly, that’s exactly what they’ll do. My goal is to give you professional-quality graphics that nobody else has. Really graphics are individual to a specific client. It depends on the job. Some are more graphic intense websites than others.

I like to keep things simple, but still have the WOW effect!
